This is a notice regarding the insolvency of John McAnerney and Henry St. George Offutt, the firm of John McAnerney & Co. and its assignment to Bentley D. Hassell for the benefit of the creditors, of which the Morris Co. was one. Witnessed by Theo. W. Morris Co. with a small red seal.
