The pineapple RTS beverages were processed with extracts of ginger, green chillies, pepper, cardamom and nutmeg. The combined spices extracts such as ginger + pepper, ginger + cardamom and ginger + nutmeg were blended with pineapple juice and prepared the RTS beverages. The spiced pineapple RTS was standardized based on organoleptic evaluation. The nutrient content such as Total Soluble Solids (TSS), pH, acidity, reducing sugar, total sugar, tannin, beta-carotene, ascorbic acid and non enzymatic browning were analysed. Die Ananas-Fertiggetränke wurden mit Extrakten aus Ingwer, grünen Chilis, Pfeffer, Kardamom und Muskatnuss verarbeitet. Die kombinierten Gewürzextrakte wie Ingwer + Pfeffer, Ingwer + Kardamom und Ingwer + Muskatnuss wurden mit Ananassaft gemischt und die RTS-Getränke hergestellt. Der gewürzte Ananas-RTS wurde anhand der organoleptischen Bewertung standardisiert. Der Nährstoffgehalt, wie z. B. der Gesamtgehalt an löslichen Feststoffen (TSS), der pH-Wert, der Säuregehalt, der reduzierende Zucker, der Gesamtzucker, das Tannin, das beta-Carotin, die Ascorbinsäure und die nicht enzymatische Bräunung wurden analysiert. Es wurde festgestellt, dass die Verbraucherakzeptanz bei Ananassaft, der mit Ingwer und Muskatnuss gemischt ist, höher ist als bei Ananassaft, der mit Ingwer und Pfeffer gemischt ist, und bei Ananassaft, der mit Ingwer gemischt ist.
