The book has usual library markings, glued down dust jacket was removed from boards, last end page is partially torn off, otherwise in good condition with tight binding, new archival mylar wrap on dust jacket, nice black and white photographs and gilt lettering on the spine and 106 pages. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.

SIGNED by the author on the half-title. Hardcover, full blue cloth, gilt titling. Light wear; jacket rubbed with a big tear and associated creasing on rear panel, several other short tears, minor chipping. Text clean; [14], 106 pages, b/w photos.
