The unchained imagery by Bill Reiser features Hunter in Fear & Loathing garb in red Caddie with Bill Murray in place of Raoul Duke riding…shotgun, police in tow, and smoking black boat bringing up the rear. The extensive article goes on location for the filming of 'Where The Buffalo Roam'; a wild near parody of the author's antics played by Bill Murray. Thick, classic issue from July, 1980 features Dorothy Stratten, the PMOY, on the cover. She would tragically die shortly thereafter at the hands of her estranged husband/handler/manager. Moderate cover, edge wear. Pages near fine. Saddle-stitch bind intact. From contents: On location with the people audacious enough to try making a movie on the life and times of Gonzo Journalist Dr. Hunter S.
