Indian face painted on front fiberboard with title of Recipes. Rear fiberboard is blank. Inner book has brown card stock wraps with black lettering. It is saddle stapled with holes for ring binders. Non-paginated (46 pp by count) 8vo. This book contains authentic Indian recipes collected in 1955 for printing. They are a combination of game recipes and store bought items cooked and prepared as the Osage Indians had done for many years. I counted 75 recipes and there is also discussion about how to prepare wild game, including moose, bear, raccoon, elk and others. A very unique cookbook.…
