Supraleitende Fehlerstrombegrenzer (SFCLs) werden üblicherweise eingesetzt, um den F…ehlerstrom zu minimieren und die ursprüngliche Relaiskoordination wiederherzustellen. In diesem Buch wird der optimale Standort des SFCL zur Begrenzung des Fehlerstroms bei minimaler Größe und Kosten des SFCL beschrieben. Die Wiederherstellung der Schutzkoordination erfolgt, ohne die ursprünglichen Relaiseinstellungen zu ändern oder die DG während der Fehlerbedingungen vom Netz zu trennen. In dieser Arbeit wird ein SFCL vom Typ Restive vorgestellt, um den Fehlerstrom zu minimieren. Es wird ein typisches Energiesystemmodell mit einem Erzeugungs-, Übertragungs- und Verteilungsnetz mit GD vorgestellt, um den optimalen Standort und die Leistung des SFCL zu bestimmen. Es werden dreiphasige Fehler an verschiedenen Stellen des Netzes simuliert und die Auswirkung der DG auf den Fehlerstrom bewertet. Dementsprechend wurde die optimale Anordnung des SFCL-Standorts im Stromnetz mit DG vorgeschlagen.

This leads to violate the relay coordination in the power system network. Superconducting fault current limiters (SFCLs) are commonly use…d to minimise the fault current level to restore original relay coordination. In this book optimum location of the SFCL to limit the fault current level with minimum size and cost of SFCL. The restoration of protection coordination is carried out without changing the original relay settings or disconnecting DG from power system network during fault conditions. In this work, a restive type SFCL is presented to minimise the fault current level. A typical power system model including generation, transmission and distribution network with DG is presented to determine the optimum location and the performance of the SFCL. Three phase faults are simulated at different locations in the power system and the effect of DG of fault current is evaluated. Accordingly, the optimum arrangement of the SFCL location in power system with DG has been proposed. 72 pp. Englisch.

En este trabajo, se presenta un SFCL de tipo restivo para minimizar el nivel de corriente de falta. Se presenta un modelo típico de sistema eléctrico que incluye una red de generación, transmisión y distribución con GD para determinar la ubicación óptima y el rendimiento del SFCL. Se simulan fallos trifásicos en distintas ubicaciones del sistema eléctrico y se evalúa el efecto de la GD en la corriente de fallo.
