The objective of this study was to conduct a marketing audit of a private health care structure in the Democratic Republic of Congo (BONDEKO clinic). A case study coupled with patient exit interviews was conducted at the BONDEKO clinic from February 08 to March 11, 2019. L'objectif dans cette étude était de procéder à l'audit marketing d'une structure privée de soins de santé. Une étude de cas couplée aux interviews des patients à la sortie des consultations a été conduite à la clinique BONDEKO du 08 février au 11 mars 2019. La technique de collecte des données a consisté à mener des entretiens approfondis, la revue documentaire ainsi que l'administration d'un questionnaire structuré. A l'issue de cette étude, il s'est dégagé essentiellement qu'il n'y existe pas un service de marketing malgré l'existence d'une forte concurrence. Un programme national de vulgarisation du marketing social devrait amener les structures des soins de santé en générale et les hôpitaux en particulier à utiliser le marketing pour palier au faible taux d'utilisation des services. 56 pp. Französisch.

L'objectif dans cette étude était de procéder à l'audit marketing d'une structure privée de soins de santé. Une étude de cas couplée aux interviews des patients à la sortie des consultations a été conduite à la clinique BONDEKO du 08 février au 11 mars 2019. La technique de collecte des données a consisté à mener des entretiens approfondis, la revue documentaire ainsi que l'administration d'un questionnaire structuré. A l'issue de cette étude, il s'est dégagé essentiellement qu'il n'y existe pas un service de marketing malgré l'existence d'une forte concurrence. Un programme national de vulgarisation du marketing social devrait amener les structures des soins de santé en générale et les hôpitaux en particulier à utiliser le marketing pour palier au faible taux d'utilisation des services.VDM Verlag, Dudweiler Landstraße 99, 66123 Saarbrücken 56 pp. Französisch.
