He is also the current President of the African Council for Communication Education (ACCE), Nairobi, Kenya, and Fellow/Chairman Education and Standards Board, Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Lagos, Nigeria. Vincent O. Uffoh, the co-author is currently a consultant in environmental management and Public Relations based in Abuja, Nigeria.
