Passage of the Bill is a formality but bringing about awareness is more essential. About The Author: Varalakshmi Janapathy had a brilliant academic career and studied at the famous Andhra Christian College, Guntur and Law College, Madras. She took a PGdiploma in Politics and Public Administration from Madras University and another diploma in Journalism from BIET, Bombay. She took Visarada in Hindi from DBHP Sabha, Madras. She is a well known writer and was winner of a Gold Medal in intercollegiate debates. The dc electrical conductivity ( dc) reveals that the ferrite samples have conductivities varying from 10-6 to 10-9 ohm-1cm-1. This shows that they are fairly resistive. The temperature variation of dc conductivity shows that there are three temperature regions having different types of conduction.
