She had a number of popular historical and travel non-fiction books, and biographies of figures like Harriet Tubman and Deborah Sampson. This copy was used in the classroom according to ownership marked on title page. Interior is tight, clean and, except for prior owner's names on title page, unmarked. Paperback cover is whole and shows normal wear with tears at head of spine and rear cover, which are stabilized with tape. Creases in cover, bit not in spine. Copyright 1965 as this collection.
