Legature con piatti in percallina verde con illustrazione floreale colorata al piatto anteriore, dorso in pelle con titolo e ricchissimi fregi oro al dorso, tagli marmorizz., contropiatti e fogli di guardia in carta verde decorata. Belle e interessanti le specie rappresentate, finemente illustrate e colorate. Tranne uno sporadico e marginale foxing (più diffuso alle ultime pagine del secondo volume, quelle dell'Indice) esemplari con tavole pulite e in vivaci colori, buono lo stato di conservazione di entrambi. .
