Multiple sections bound together in library binding; each section individually paginated. Sections are numbered as follows: 258, 771, 553, 555, 623, -- published, respectively, in 1927, 1935, 1936, 1936, 1937, and 1938. The first section is titled "A Warning Concerning the Take-Off with Heavy Load". 6 pages. The next is titled "Ground Effect on the Take-Off and Landing of Airplanes". 32 pages. Section 3 is titled "Notes on the Technique of Landing Airplanes Equipped with Wing Flaps". 9 pages. Three more sections: piloting techniques for recovery from spins, wheel-type controls, and NACA stall-warning indicator. Each section is followed by multiple figures and tables. The entire volume, with original covers, has a later library binding. Gutters at front and back reinforced with white cloth. Two library stamps and some writing in pen on the front free endpaper.
