See Image of second page. The unknown recioient has docketed the last page with the name of the writer, the date, a summary of the content, and the date of his reply (11th Feb.). Note: A fascinating Wikipedia entry includes the information that he was MP for St Ives in 1830, and a friend of Thomas Moore and Lord Byron. Also his "dissipation".
