Condizione: Good. 1554 p., clean on strong untanned--small check marks next to a few titles in t.o.c., marginalia in small hand on pp. 3-6 in introd.; p. 233 & p. 249 (Defoe); pp. 890-896, p., 901 (David Hume); lower margin of p. 1029 (Johnson's "Rasselas"); half t.p. has crease; binding tight; unfaded sepia boards have still bright gilt lettering. In absence of d.j. the corners are bumped and there are two significant dings along spine panel. This treasury deserves skillful repair or rebinding. 7-1/2 " X 9-1/2". Extra postage.
