This is the large version - 304 pages printed on thick card stock - not to be confused with the small 25 page version. 4to binder 10 3/4" tall. Short intro. in English by Helen Nicks. Many photos - mainly in color of dishes and utensils. 4 ring red binder 10 3/4" x 9 3/4" x 3" thick stamped in white and gilt. Clear vinyl protective jacket with narrow wrap-around dust jacket.
