The result is high-clarity, detailed images that suffer not at all from colors running or focus issues. For me, seeing these images in color bring an intimacy to the subjects that I do not feel as strongly with black and white versions of the same picture. So why did I give this book a Good rating rather than an Excellent one? I found the text to be a bit weak in terms of placing the photos in a context.
