Octavo, 180pp. A very good copy with some scuffing to the edges, in a very good dust jacket with a large chip at the base and at the top right corner of the front panel. This was J. Talbot Holland's copy; Holland was a Broadway actor who played the part of "Al" in this production. The book is signed by about 20 cast members, including Sarah Marshall, the lead actress who won a Theatre World Award for her portrayal of Bonnie Dee Ponder.
