Bourdon was Knight of the Légion d'Honneur, Inspector General of Studies and examiner for admission to the French Royal Polytechnic, Military, Naval and Forestry Schools. Wezel was Doctor of Sciences and Professor of Higher Mathematics at the Athénée of Antwerp. 592g.
