Willdenow (Wildenow), Karl Ludwig (1765 Berlin - 1812 ebd.). Botaniker und Mediziner. 1789 prakt. Arzt in Berlin. 1798 Professor für Naturgeschichte am Collegium medico-chirurgicum in Berlin. Seit 1791 zugleich öffentlicher Lehrer für Botanik bei dem Forstdepartment und bei der Pepinière. 1809 Professor für Botanik an der Universität in Berlin und Direktor des Botanischen Gartens.
