This conspiracy was fully exposed in the book, The Creature from Jekyll Island, by G. Edward Griffin. The creation of a national bank with state capital and an exclusive monopoly, i.e., a Federal Reserve System, is one of the ten planks of Karl Marx's Communist Manifesto--on how to impose communist tyranny and slavery on the entire world, step by step, piece by piece.
