This disadvantages them, as they are not eligible for religious-based scholarships, and there is an anti-Catholic sentiment in Ireland that has led to unfair distribution of public funds for higher education. The author argues for equal treatment for Catholics in higher education. The contents are clean throughout and without previous owners' inscriptions or stamps. One of 10 'lettered' copies, bound in full leather by Denis Gouey. This example is lettered 'J' and is signed and dated by Samuel Delany in black ink on the limitation page, who adds an inscription 'To Andy Richards / from'. Also signed by the illustrator Gregory William Frux along the bottom edge of the frontispiece. There was also an edition of 40 numbered copies bound in half leather and signed by the author.
