Dust jacket lightly rubbed, slight bumping at spine head with winkle near spine center. Black boards, spine head bumped, spine's gilt stamped lettering remains vibrant. Aut…hor's six-line ink inscription signed familiarly "Bill Parrish" dated for 4/13/98 on front free endpaper and signed again upon title page "Wm E Parrish." Also laid-in at front endpapers is a Starkville, Mississippi bookstore brochure announcing Parrish's signing event for the same date as the inscription. Interior pages are otherwise bright and clean. Binding is firm. A near fine copy in a very good+ dust jacket. ISBN 0826211569.
