The essays consider questions surrounding behavioral science, psychology, personal experience, scientific objectivity, and the limitations and possibilities of treating human beings as subjects of scientific investigation. Condition: Good. Original blue and green illustrated wrappers show moderate to substantial rubbing, surface scratches, creasing, edge wear, and wear to corners and extremities. Several longer creases are visible on the front wrapper, with scattered areas of surface loss and rubbing. Spine shows rubbing and small areas of wear. Ink and pencil price or ownership notations appear on the half-title page. Interior shows general age-toning but appears otherwise well preserved in the pages examined. Binding remains sound.
