Gray dust jacket rubbed and soiled; several tears and small chips; curling/creasing/bumping at edges; dj now presented in a mylar…Brodart protector. Blue cloth with bright gilt stamped spine lettering. Touch of soiling to text block's bottom edge. Unfortunate pencil underlining and marginalia found on pages 165-183, 204-214, and 216 with perhaps other scattered occurrences to be discovered upon a more careful perusal - majority of text leaves are clean. Editor's ink signature "Gary E. Moulton" at top of title page. Binding is firm. ISBN 0803229143.
