The second film written and directed by Tom Laughlin, who would later go on to great success with the "Billy Jack" film series. Powers would go on to have a prolific…career, best known as the better half of "Hart to Hart" (1979-1984). Shot in 1960, the film received a limited release in 1961 under the original title "Like Father, Like Son," and would not receive a wide release until 1965 under the title "The Young Sinner" (as well as "Among the Thorns" and "We Are All Christ"), as a double feature with the 1965 film "A Swingin' Summer." Told in flashbacks, often in a confessional, a small-town high school football star is expelled after being caught in bed with the daughter of a wealthy and influential family. Set in and shot on location in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. 8 x 10 inches. Very Good plus, with faint creasing overall and light soiling to the bottom right.
