Condition is Fine: exceptionally clean & bright, binding strong & straight, pages showing just a whisper of tanning, but completely unmarked save for former owner's paper address label to ffep. Corners crisp. The unclipped DJ is VG, with small chips at corners & both ends of spine; nicely protected in new clear mylar cover free!
