C. & New York, New York, stated "Fifth Printing 1986". 14-1/4" x 10-1/2", 336 numbered pages. A very attractive Fine quality book with 8 chapters, each begun with a 2-3 page introductory essay; the majority (I'd estimate 65%) of the cartoons are in color. The book is bound in one-piece mustard-yellow cloth with blue lettering on the spine and front panel; it is free of edge dings and corner bumps; heel of spine is very lightly bumped, but all edges are virtually free of wear; both boards are clean as is the spine. There is no fading. Except for original owner's name/date inked on the top of the FFEP, the interior is completely free of writing, stray marks, stains of any sort and page damage of any type. The unclipped jacket is of Fine quality--it has no tears, chips or fading; all it has is extremely light general shelf wear and it retains its shininess. Due to the huge size and heavy weight of this item, extra postage will be needed. Because I do not know how to do that via ABE, I have simply added $10 to the sale price to help cover this extra expense.…

Light liquid stain for first 6 pages (approx. 2-1/2 " long semicircle). Comics reviewed range from Abbie an' Slats to The Wizard of Id. Copy is full of both black/white and color comics.
