Aggiungi al carrelloPublisher's original presentation box enclosing cloth-bound diary-journal gift book. [1-6], 13-189 pages. Hardcover: H 23.75cm x L 16.75cm. No dust jacket (if issued with one at all it was likely glassine or acetate). Tan cloth with some soiling; green, white, and purple Art Nouveau style decoration to front board further embell…ished with gilt stamped lettering. Interior pages are blank, i.e. no writing by a past owner among any of the book's interior leaves which feature various sections intended for one to compose personal entries recalling school events, friends, teachers, clubs, etc. Binding is firm. Box is soiled with some staining and rubbing; seams remain firm save for some splitting to top cover's bottom right corner; box's top cover with gilt paste-on sheet with same illustration as book's front board; top cover's bottom panel has paper label indicating "No. 7 . . . Cloth" - Reilly & Britton evidently issued the book in several different bindings so the "No. 7" may be an indicator of binding style.
