Seitdem litt ich unter dem Gefühl, nicht vollkommen zu sein. Ich hatte keine Ahnung, wie man einen Roman schreibt, also etwas Richtiges, und begann eine Sache, von de…r ich seitdem beharrlich behaupte, sie sei ein Roman. Da ich sogar der Meinung bin, andere wissen auch nicht, wie man einen Roman anrichtet, veröffentliche ich hier mein Rezept: Man nehme eine Hauptfigur, sie kann Paul Weidauer heißen, lasse sie mit der Idee aufgehen, die eigene Frau noch einmal zu heiraten, diesmal silbrig, und die Frau paßt ein Foto in einen Rahmen, auf dem sich alle Verwandten befinden, die sie einladen wollen. Und der junge fragt verwundert: ?Fünfundzwanzig Jahre verheiratet und nur mich erschaffen, was habt ihr denn die übrige Zeit gemacht?" Dazu benötigt man 360 Seiten Papier, Bleistift, Radiergummi, und sehe den Weidauers beim Betrachten des Fotos über die Schultern. Da treten die Leute aus dem Rahmen oder sie fallen, je nach ihrer Fasson, und ihre Blicke verfolgen einen, wohin man auch geht, und ihre Gedanken mischen sich ein, ob man will oder nicht, und das Ganze verrühre man nachdenklich in der Hoffnung, es wird etwas Richtiges.
