Brown served as a trustee of Clemson University and the University Union there was renamed in his honor after his death. Signed.

Hardcover, 335 pp. Georgia Senator Herman Talmedge's copy with a nice SIGNED inscription from Workman to Talmedge on the front endpaper with a reference to pg. 189 which has some content of interest to the Senator. Additionally this copy is also SIGNED by Senator Brown and there is an additional inscription to Talmedge from a friend both of which are also on the front endpaper. Some very light foxing to the page edges, still a very good plus copy with clean text (except for a brief underline by the author on pg. 189) and tight binding in a very good dust jacket (sticker shadow on front panel, closed tear at top of front panel, spine darkened and some general soiling). An interesting association copy.
