Last few leaves have a heavy water stain at top inside corner with damage to the final leaf. 17 (of 18) leaves, lacking last leaf. Printed by Samuel Marks, for John C. Totten, No. 9 Bowery. This imprint differs from Drake 6822, American Imprints 21687 and AAS 259825 which list Marks as the printer but do not name Totten.

Also one page, with an illustration, of New Haven Blue Laws. Among these laws is "If any person turns Quaker, he shall be banished, and not suffered to return, but upon pain of death." In New York alone there appear, according to Drake, to have been at least 4 different publishers issuing their own versions. This issue has a woodcut view of a ship loading in a harbor on the front wrapper. Drake 7508, AAS 233078 (lacking last leaf).
