Hardcovers, two volumes uniformly bound in blue cloth titled in gilt on the spines. Pages [i]-xvii, [i] & [1]-554; and [i]-viii, and 555-1057, with textual illustrations and diagrams. A previous owner's name is penned at the top of both front endpapers. There is offsetting to the front and rear endpapers of the second volume. Very good.
