Hardcover. Condizione: new. Hardcover. Most of us are not dealing with extraordinary problems. We are over-responding to ordinary moments. Before You React is a contemplative look at what happens in the moment just before we respond - and what becomes possible when we don't. We defend. We explain. We argue. We try to fix. Not because the moment requires it, but because something in us feels the need to respond. This book doesn't offer strategies or techniques. It offers something quieter. A way of noticing the moment before reaction. Because that moment is where we are most free. Read slowly. A short, contemplative book about the moment before we respond-and what becomes possible when we don't. This item is printed on demand.
