Während Platon über einen fiktiven Staat schreibt, indem er, ausgehend vom Philosophenstaat, welcher die Staatsform der Aristokratie, mit dem guten und gerechten Menschen, beheimatet den Verfallsprozess des Staates bis hin zur Tyrannis, über die Timokratie, Oligarchie und Demokratie, beschreibt, handelt George Orwells 'Animal Farm' von einer realen Staatsform, nämlich dem kommunistischen System unter der Diktatur Stalins in Russland.In dieser Arbeit soll nun der Versuch eines Vergleiches angestrebt werden zwischen der in der 'Politeia' beschriebenen Tyrannis und dem totalitärem System bei Orwell, was einer Tyrannis gleich kommt. Was aber versteht man im eigentlichen Sinne unter einer Tyrannis Eine Tyrannis in der Antike war nichts Ungewöhnliches und auch nichts zwangsweise Schlechtes, da sie nur einen Alleinherrscher darstellte, der über das Volk, in der Art eines Monarchen handelte, nur mit dem Unterschied, dass das Amt des Tyrannen nicht vererbt werden konnte. Platon hingegen geht, aufgrund der schlechten Erfahrungen die er mit den 30 Tyrannen von Athen, zu denen er verwandtschaftliche Beziehungen unterhielt, erlebt hat, nur vom schlechtesten aus, da in ihrer Herrschaft nur Gewalt allein den Ausschlag gegeben hat. Power is a necessary means for the fulfillment of any goal. The more goals you set, the more power you need. Plato's conception is different. In his dialogue, Gorgias, Socrates believes that the tyrants have little power. According to Socrates, someone possesses power if and only if he or she does the good because we do things for the sake of the good. Accordingly, if someone does not do the good, then he or she is powerless.The aim of my work is to extend current knowledge of the power structure of Mexico. How diverse the city is can be derived from the numbers: 4 out of 10 inhabitants of the City of Buenos Aires were born outside of the capital and even 12, 8% were born outside of the country of Argentina. Needless to say, that a population as high as 13.000.000 in agglomerations and a high degree of diverse brings opportunity as well as it creates challenges.This essay will examine the impact immigration had on the urbanization process of Buenos Aires into becoming a diverse megacity. One of the first factors was the sharp increase of the population due to the European immigration wave of the 19th century, so the reasons and effects of European immigration will be outlined. As in the 20th century the immigrants' origins shifted from Europe to South American countries, this second major immigration wave will be discussed. Based on these two phenomena, the conditions, chances, challenges of the European and South American immigration wave will be compared. Due to the majority of immigrants settling down within the urban area of Buenos Aires, urbanization with its positive and negative effects will introduce the second major part of this essay, which deals especially with Villas, unemployment, poverty and insecurity as a results of the urbanization process of Buenos Aires.
