In spite of China's discourse about the parity and importance of win-win in China-Africa engagement, many still think that China has not paid sufficient attention to the issue of job creation for the young people in Africa, considering the number of investments the country has in the continent.Many Chinese companies operating in Africa have a negative assessment card. They targeted countless fields of country's structure; from attempts to increase its administrative effectiveness, through initiatives for the much-needed changes within the field of enhancement of political accountability and the country's infrastructure and finally, initiating moves to make the country's market more open and competitive. If we try to assess the impacts of all these development projects and initiatives and their expected long-term sustainability, it seems that most of them failed to make any sustainable effect. In the eighteenth century during the Yongzheng reign (1723-1735) of the Qing dynasty (1644-1911) European Jesuits became part of Beijing's court life and contributed to the imperial Chinese art scene. Their Western style influenced Chinese contemporaries and initiated changes in the decoration of porcelain produced for the emperor and his court. While the Jesuits who worked as artists at the court often picked up on Chinese narratives their artistic approach differed from their Chinese colleagues and resulted in new artistic manners and themes. Meanwhile, the trade with Europe flourished and contributed to the Chinese's growing interest in European objects. This Occidentalism was the Chinese counterpart to Europe's affinity with the Far East and likewise influenced the Chinese decoration on porcelain. This essay aims to examine the extent to which the Jesuits' work at the court and their European training influenced the imagery decoration on imperial porcelain and to which extent the stylistic changes resulted from the Jesuits' presence or from the side effect of the trade with Europe in the eighteenth century. First, it is important to understand the decorative manner of imagery themes before the Jesuits' pronounced presence in the late seventeenth and early eighteenth century. Further, the essay attempts an overview on the artistic characteristics of the Jesuit art produced for the Qing court compared to the decoration on export ware for Europe. This section is followed by a stylistic analysis of four imperial porcelain wares of the Yongzheng period from the Percival David Collection and an examination of the visual influences that are found in their decoration. The author lays a particular focus on the political dimension that is interwoven with the role of ISIL women in the establishment of a global caliphate and identifies some of the intricacies thereof.More specifically, the construction of differences between women and men as well as among different types of women served as a main instrument for ISIL's gender ideology in this larger state-building project. The author, thus, aims to address and answer the following question in this paper: How did the construction of differences inherent to ISIL's gender ideology shape the discursive construction of the role and position of women in the Islamic State and the Levante Women joining and serving terrorist groups is not a new phenomenon. However, the large number of female recruits also from Western parts of the world together with ISIL's gender-targeted propaganda strategy, its specific policy on women and its strict gender apparatus made it rather unique. The global dimension with women having joined from all over the world to support the establishment of a global caliphate adds yet another level to the complexities and historical relevance of this phenomenon.A lot has been written about ISIL's gender-specific recruitment practices, the motivations of women to join ISIL as well as the particular functions of and conditions for women from a security perspective, particularly with view to counter-terrorism aspirations and the broader 'Women, Peace and Security' (WPS) agenda addressing also women's right's concerns including Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV). ISIL women are thus mostly portrayed as either committed jihadists or victims of a brutal regime.Less has been written though on ISIL's gender ideology from a feminist perspective, although various sources list 'liberation from the West' as one of the main motivators for women to join ISIL. The literature also neglects somewhat the political dimension of ISIL's gender apparatus. Considering women's contributions to a larger state-building project it is rather surprising that the literature has not taken these perspectives up in depth.…

Der Betriebsrat ist gewähltes Organ der Betriebsverfassung und Interessenvertreter der Arbeitnehmer. Somit kann es zwischen Betriebsrat und Arbeitgeber zu Interessensgegensätzen kommen.Deutlich werden diese Interessengegensätze unter anderem im Urteil des LAG Köln vom 16.04.2015. In diesem Urteil hatte das LAG unter anderem darüber zu entscheiden, ob der Arbeitgeber i.R.d.
