The aim of this ret…rospective study from a war-torn country in the Middle-East, is to evaluate the clinical presentations, staging distribution and the survival outcomes of WT in Zhianawa Cancer Center and Hiwa Cancer Hospital in ten years (2007 to 2017). As a conclusion, our survival outcomes (in Sulaimani, Kurdistan, Iraq) showed an improvement in comparison to the local results reported previously at another institution in Iraq, but still they are lower than the treatment outcomes in developed countries. Obviously, we need more efforts to improve our oncology care to get better results for our patients with WT.

So far, the amount of tourism leakage in Bali has not been calculated yet. Therefore, there is a need to ascertain the current amount of leakage in Bali tourism. The results show that based on the micro analysis, the highest tourism leakage of accommodation sector in Bali is at 4&5 Star-rated chain hotels (51.0 %), followed by 4&5 Star-rated non-chain hotels (22.7 %), 1,2&3 Star-rated hotels (12.0 %), Non-star rated hotels (8.8 %), and with the average leakage of 18.8 %. Strategies for minimization tourism leakage are optimizing the potential of local products, develop agriculture and livestock; reduce the use of imported products for tourists, improve quality of local products and human resources, empower community, urge government to develop and implement supporting policies in minimizing leakage, establish policy on restriction of foreign investment. 84 pp. Englisch.

The aim of this retrospective study from a war-torn country in the Middle-East, is to evaluate the clinical presentations, staging distribution and the survival outcomes of WT in Zhianawa Cancer Center and Hiwa Cancer Hospital in ten years (2007 to 2017). As a conclusion, our survival outcomes (in Sulaimani, Kurdistan, Iraq) showed an improvement in comparison to the local results reported previously at another institution in Iraq, but still they are lower than the treatment outcomes in developed countries. Obviously, we need more efforts to improve our oncology care to get better results for our patients with WT. 80 pp. Englisch.

From the data collected in the survey of 80 secondary school EFL teachers from 30 different secondary schools of Bangladesh, the findings indicate that most EFL teachers hold positive attitudes toward TBLT execution but that there exist constraints like the large-sized class and difficulty in evaluating students' task-based performance. As such, implications are proposed based on the findings to help teachers administer TBLT more effectively in the future. To identify the perception of task based language teaching and ways to implement it in second language learning is the main aim of this study. NYAWERI VCT project in Kisumu, Kenya, was set up in 2003 to respond to needs of the deaf community with regard to HIV/AIDS prevention in Western and Rift Valley… region. Four years later the project was evaluated for any impact on the community. Report revealed great change as deaf community members indicated awareness of preventive strategies such as avoidance of sexual intercourse with infected persons and unsafe sex, Largely condom use as well as abstinence were the most desired strategies. NYAWERI Staff members were found effective in their work and the study revealed development of positive attitude towards VCT uptake amongst the respondents. From the findings, there appeared to have been no special factors that influencing the choice of particular intervention strategies based on the respondents perspectives.
