The analytical part of this book is conducted in Fez, and based on both qualitative and quantitative research methods. The findings showed that the perceptions of Moroccans have changed and awareness of this issue has been spread among youth since they considered women working as sex workers as victims of society and their involvement in this forbidden area is only a result of patriarchal systems, poverty, and lack of equal job opportunities.

This st…udy explores the use of interprofessional education as a means by which educators could gain an understanding of the whole child and collaborate with other professionals to meet those needs. Interprofessional education has been widely used in Schools of Medicine, Nursing, and Pharmacy to teach increased communication and collaboration skills. Using a mixed methods approach, graduate students at the Schools of Education and Public Health at Johns Hopkins University participated in an interprofessional workshop to determine its feasibility with those outside the health professions. The results demonstrate the viability of using interprofessional education with graduate students in education and public health. Results also indicate interprofessional education could be used as a method of training for those working with high need students to encourage increased communication and collaboration.

In the context of service firms, their internationalization pattern differs from thos…e of multinational enterprises, which traditional internationalization theories have been based upon, and questions whether traditional theories can explain the internationalization process of service firms. To answer this question, the present study used the case study approach to study two Estonian service SMEs (Nortal and Bolt) that had internationalized. The findings revealed that the service firms follow different internationalization patters both inline and in contrast to what had been proposed in traditional internationalization theories. The study also presents evidence to show that the choice for a particular market, is based on firm specific selection criteria. In order to identify potential threats to the ecology of rivers, it is important to assess and monitor the status of the… ecology of rivers. In the present book we applied a river classification method to a case study in Southern Iceland. The method has been used in Austria and Switzerland and accordingly had to be adapted to Icelandic conditions. For this purpose we developed four categories of ecological status and categorised all river sections of the case study accordingly. We used the Hróarslækur river close to the town of Hella as a representative case study to test our method. Besides classifying the river sections we also measured electrical conductivity and water temperature to assess some preliminary water quality observations. Our study concludes by assessing the overall ecological status of the Hróarslækur river. The weighted ecological evaluation of all river sections of the Hróarslækur fall into the highest ecological class defined, indicating the good ecologically condition of the river. 64 pp. Englisch.
