Carter) at the top of the title page, heraldic bookplate with the motto "auspirium melioris aevi" (which is the motto of the Order of St. Michael and St. George) on the front pastedown, modern woodcut bookplate by Andy English on front free endpaper, 4to (17.5x13.5cm) ESTC R3211.
