They revealed a content of 31, 28% copper and 0.59% cobalt respectively for the chalcopyrite and heterogenite samples. A first series of pre-leaching tests of the heterogenite and chalcopyrite were carried out in order to reduce the interference of the different soluble minerals present in the studied samples. 80 pp. Englisch.

The results obtained from the phytochemical screening, indicate the presence of alkaloids, reducing compound, flavonoids, polyphenols, saponosides, sterols, tannins, and terpenoids. The antibacterial effect of the extract depends on the quantity of the extract, from 40 mg, the extract can inhibit the growth of the 3 bacterial strains. The minimum inhibitory activity of the extract was revealed at a concentration of 40 mg/ml for Escherichia coli and 60 mg/ml for Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus. The comparison of the BMC / MIC ratio of the reference strains to the intrinsic values of the bioactive molecules, allows to indicate that this extract presents a bactericidal effect towards the 3 reference strains. 52 pp. Englisch.

The purpose was focused on determining the germination dynamics of botanical seeds of sapote (Pouter…ia sapota (Jaqc.)), loquat (Manilkara sapota L.) and canistel (Pouteria campechiana (H.B.K) Bahni); belonging to the Sapotaceae family. The seeds of these species are classified as recalcitrant and their management in nurseries or direct sowing is very difficult. The following response variables that characterize germination dynamics were evaluated: germination initiation, germination period and germination percentage. This occurred at the germinator level, where the factors that influenced germination dynamics were determined by: the post-harvest seed conservation period, concentrations of vermicompost exudate with which the seeds were imbibed and the maturity stage of the fruits that originated them. It was determined that after 10 days after harvesting, the seeds lose about 50% of the vermiculture exudate that can accelerate germination. 52 pp. Englisch.

In the patient group, 57.5% had major anxiety disorders VS 8.8% in the control group (p<0.0001). Similarly, in the patient group, 31.2% had major depressive disorders VS 3.8% in the control group (p<0.0001). The mean value of the alexithymia scale in patients was 58.14 ±7 points versus 39.06 ±12 in controls (p<0.0001).In multivariate analysis, the factors independently associated with impaired quality of life were the presence of major anxiety and alexithymia. Those associated with anxiety disorders were a rural origin and the presence of depression. Predictors of depressive disorders were a family history of psychiatric illness and major anxiety. 76 pp. Englisch.
