The author's analysis is harsh but objective. He also suggests alternatives to nationalisation. To succeed, the author suggests thinking about the future in terms of choice, predictability, risk management and commitment to building a peaceful future. Its development in central Tunisia is an immediate obligation, given its total integration into all the region's production systems. A study of the biochemical composition of the various extracts from OFI snowshoes (powder or gel) and fruits showed the presence of high levels of secondary metabolites (total phenols, flavonoids and tannins). These extracts may therefore be effective in inhibiting the development of pathogenic microorganisms or the growth of certain plants. According to the DPPH method, they also have significant antioxidant activity. Our experiments have also shown that mucilage can be used as natural, biodegradable coagulants in water treatment, with a view to reducing the use of chemicals. 52 pp. Englisch.

The crisis in the Central African Republic has led to the disappearance of urban activities concentrated in the capital Bangui, a factor in the rura…l exodus of the 1970s. The deterioration of communication routes with the hinterland limits the supply of food products to the major urban centers. During and after the many socio-political upheavals in Bangui, the peri-urban area was coveted for agro-pastoral activities. In this way, poverty and food insecurity are partly resolved in the city thanks to local agriculture. However, this periphery, which is ideal for agriculture, is under the influence of the urban sprawl of the city of Bangui. The case of the western periphery is appropriate, as this is where urban spatial growth is taking place, while at the same time causing the regression of agricultural space. Farmers are forced to move more than 40 kilometers away to secure their fields in the face of the 'Greater Bangui by 2050' project. Their incidence is increasing as a result of widespread screening. In 75 to 90% of cases, these CISC are cause…d by microcalcifications. Our aim was to illustrate the different echomammographic aspects of ductal carcinoma in situ. The average age of our patients was 47 years. Mammography in all patients showed isolated foci of microcalcifications in 7 cases, an isolated mass in 3 cases, microcalcifications associated with a mass in 2 cases, a focus of architectural distortion in 2 cases and focal asymmetry of density in one case. Breast ultrasound revealed a mass in 5 cases: hypoechoic, lobulated with irregular contours (n=3), oval with micro-lobulated contours (n= 1), irregular with indistinct contours (n=1). CCIS is often sub-clinical and discovered by mammography in the form of microcalcifications which may have a benign appearance and pose a diagnostic problem. In this case, their topography and regional or segmental distribution points towards the diagnosis. 52 pp. Englisch.
