In this context, cyber security policies are fundamental, as they establish the regulatory framework from which actions will be established and monitored, roles and responsibilities are defined. This study evaluates Brazil's Cyber Defence Policy (CDP) with the aim of contributing to the enrichment of discussions on this topic. To this end, the cyber security policies of other countries are analysed and their guidelines compared with the PCD. The relevance of the results is checked with an expert in the field. The production and use of avian antibodies has aroused great interest in the scientific community due to the diversity of diagnostic and therapeutic applications. Due to their phylogenetic distance, immune diversification mechanisms and the ability to transfer serum immunoglobulins to egg yolk, a number of advantages are now recognised when using avian antibodies instead of mammalian antibodies. In this study, a specific immunoglobulin against T. evansi was produced by immunising chickens using an isolate of the protozoan. This is an exploratory, descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The research sample consisted of seven elderly widowers… from module 16, aged over 60 who had been married for more than 20 years. Data was collected between February and April 2015 by means of a semi-structured interview. The data was analysed using Bardin's content analysis, and it was possible to detect that the feelings involved in the loss of a spouse affect the health of the elderly, generating the appearance of health problems or intensifying existing ones. The presence of feelings of depression, longing and sadness involved in the departure of the spouse was verified. It was found that most of the interviewees face this new social status with family support. The research provided a new insight into the profile drawn up by these elderly people of the ideal model of marriage and wife. Contributing to the care and management of these elderly people, providing better nursing care for the elderly who are widowed. 52 pp. Englisch.

However, the greatest difficulty in feeding coeliacs is access to products made with gluten-free ingredients that have sensory characteristics that are pleasing to the consumer. The gluten-free products available on the market are not produced on a large scale, are expensive and become inaccessible to the less economically favored social classes. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of melato…nin supplementation to Tris-Gema diluent on the cryopreservation of bovine semen. Fifty-four ejaculates from Guzerá bulls were used. The semen was diluted in TRIS-gema, with the addition of melatonin, at the following experimental concentrations: control group - 0miM; Melatonin - 10miM; Melatonin - 100miM; Melatonin - 200miM. They were then filled into 0.25mL straws and cryopreserved. After thawing at 37°C for 30 seconds, the aliquots were analyzed for the Rapid Thermal Resistance Test (RTT), plasma membrane (PM) integrity, acrosome (Ac), mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) and sperm kinetics. The percentages of motility were higher (p<0.05) in the control (27.21 + 15.93) and 10µM (23.07 + 15.24) groups. The diluents in the control (75.31 + 28.86) and 10µM (75.26 + 26.44) groups did not differ in terms of MP integrity. 60 pp. Englisch.

This study aimed to induce crystallization in powdered tropical juices duri…ng the spray drying process and to correlate the microstructure of the powder obtained with the functional properties of stickiness, hygroscopicity and solubility. For this work, mango juice with 12ºBrix was used. Before dehydrating the juice, the following carriers were added: maltodextrin, gum arabic, waxy starch and cornstarch, at concentrations of 12%. Crystalline cellulose was also added to the solution at concentrations of 0%, 3%, 6% and 9%. The powder was obtained using a mini spray dryer. The powder obtained was analyzed for microstructure, stickiness, solubility and hygroscopicity. The results indicate that mango juice powders obtained by spray drying have sugars in an amorphous state. The functional properties studied decreased as a function of cellulose concentration. It can be concluded that the addition of cellulose did not promote the crystallization of sugars, but it did influence the functional properties. 64 pp. Englisch.

Contact with these people has made us realize that even when they are hospitalized for hepatitis-related complications, they blame HIV and not Chronic Hepatitis C (CHC). The main psychological implication is anxiety, which was found in all of the subjects, which surprised us given that the literature places depression as the most frequent psychological symptom associated with HIV/AIDS infection, and no similar finding was found in relation to CHC.
