The objective of this study is to assess the fate of patients co-infected with HIV/TB. In our study 80% of the patients had a CD4 count of less than 200 cells/mm3 and stage 4 was the most represented in our patients: 62.5% at the end of the study 45.2% were cured versus 29.8% died, 22.2% were lost to follow-up and 2.9% were abandoned; and the factors associated with death was age with a p-value of 0.033.Conclusion: TB/HIV remains a public health problem.
