First page is the city council page - that would be `council of the sorority'. Mary McDonald of 5A Street West was president. Exemplar Chapter members come next, followed by Alpha Chapter, Delta Chapter, Eta Chapter, and Theta Chapter. Sampling some of the members : Mrs. Geordie Brooks lived on Crescent Road, Mabel Attwood lived in the Anderson Apts. Mrs. Pauline Bridgeman lived on Roxboro Glen Road, Jeannette Hacking lived on Vercheres St. and Helen Hohn lived on Royal Avenue. Pieces on the Eden Valley indians, bronc busting, the flood, prairie oysters, Chain Lakes, winter weather, moonshiners and bear-roping. Approx. 185 pages (UNpaginated) of anecdotal local history and reminiscenses. Cond : Boards are grey w/ silver graphic and lettering. Gray jacket with orange (and white0 lettering. End-papers are white. No tears, creases nor folds. Tight, and bright. Three marks by p/o on ffep. D.J. heavily worn or rubbed at all edges. Excellent reading copy. Quote (p. 162) : " ._._.
