MacMillan (fisherman, Canadian lumber magnate and Companion of the Order of Canada). The correspondence beings with a letter from Lee Straight to H.R. MacMillan thanking him for the book, followed by three letters back and forth from Lee Richardson to Lee Straight. Straight inquires about the availability of more copies of the book for friends and then reminisces about their mutual fishing companions (H.R. MacMillian, Roderick Haig Brown-- who supplied the forward for this book-- Tommy Brayshaw, and others). Lee Richardson's letter to Straight praises his Vancouver Sun column and discusses the publication of this book as well as a book in the works on fishing in British Columbia. The letter from Richardson to Straight is hand written, two from the desk of Straight are carbon copies, and the 3rd letter from Straight is a photocopy.
