There is one dark spot on the rear board. This is a facsimile of a reprint of a book originally published in 1619. The reprnt edition used to create the facsimile was apparently published by John Russell Smith, London in the mid 19th century, according to the publishers adverts at the rear. The original was published by I. Barnes and printed in London by G. Eld in 1619. The title page reads in whole; "The Wondeful Discoverie of the Witchcrafts of Margaret and Phillip Flower, daughters of Joan Flower and Beuer Castle, executed at Lincolne, March 11, 1618. Who were specially arraigned & condemned before Sir Heny Hobart, and Sir Edward Bromley, Judges of Assize, for confessing themselves actors in the destuction of Henry, Lord Rosse, with their damnable practises against others the children of the Right Honorble Frances Earle of Rutland. Together with the severall Examinations and Confessions of Anne Baker, Joan Willimot, and Ellen Greene, Witches in Leicestershire." 26 pp. of the original text; followed by 16 pp. of publisher's ads.
