Using Zimbabwe AIDS Network (ZAN) as a case study, the study reveals that effective leadership change management strategies ensure effective NGO management and donor confidence, increases confidence of stakeholders, improves financial resources and sustainability. The leadership management change skills required to achieve NGO sustainability, while multifaceted, include change management competencies and change agents' skills in managing organisations. 136 pp. Englisch.
