Einige seiner Skulpturen haben einen Bezug zur Zeichnung, wie seine Neonarbeiten. Mark Handforth erklärt, dass er seine Shows wie Landschaften konzipiert. Jedes Werk ist autonom, aber je nach Zusammensetzung der Ausstellung kann es eine Bedeutung haben, aber abhängig von der Komposition.
