In this book among 773 patients the commonest presentation was Nephrotic syndrome, nephritic illness and AKI remains other presentation. In a resource poor set up early diagnosis and treatment can only prevent extra burden from this diseases. DIF plays a vital role for early and accurate diagnosis in parallel to light microscopy. 52 pp. Englisch.
