The proposed algorithm gives visually pleasing and have a natural look with the enhanced images with a level of controllability by adjusting the gray levels from darker to the brighter part of the image. The experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm with other methods. This book is very much helpful and useful for graduate, post graduate students and research scholars to gain the knowledge in the field of DIP. 52 pp. Englisch.
