The book was published by Abingdon Press in, perhaps, 1952. (Though it DOES have an ISBN number which I didn't think began until the later 1970s.) It is 7 1/8" by 10 3/8", is not an ex-library copy, and both the book and the dust jacket are in very good condition. It has 763 pages. Thank you!
